Whether you're in training for your next ultra marathon, working too many long hours at your desk (or from the kitchen bench!), in pre-season for the All Blacks, recovering from travelling around our gorgeous country, or even just feeling a bit achy and tired - I would love to help!

 

With every treatment, I try my best to match your body's needs on the day - by asking the right questions, listening to the issues, and referring you on to other trusted health professionals and services when needed.
